How does the UpLevel work?
Once you register, you’ll receive an email confirmation for the program including details on how to access The UpLevel classes in the members portal and join the live coaching calls.
The program officially begins as soon as you sign up!
The format of the program self paced so you can work through it as quickly or paced as works for you Each class will build upon the next as we move through The Uplevel Framework. There will be workbooks / journal exercises for each module to dive deeper personally.
There will be 2 implementation workshops to help apply the content and have the opportunity to be coached live by Laura and live Q & A
The program is 8 modules. All live coaching workshops are recorded and available to watch following on our members portal. If you are unable to attend live, you can also submit questions prior. The workshop calls will be live for 30 days following the last class but you will have ongoing access to the recorded classes.
You will receive weekly communications via email to help implement the work
What is the live implementation workshop schedule?
The workshops will be happening at the end of Dec 2024 and in January 2025. Exact dates and times will be announced by Dec 10th
